User Agreement Membership eligibility Anyone over the age of 18 with a valid email address is eligible for membership. Advertising with us Any member can post advertisements for free or for a fee. The advertisements may include any content, which is not prohibited by this user agreement. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: 1. Pornography 2. Firearms and explosives 3. Gambling/gaming 4. Any offensive content 5. Any item or service prohibited by law Responding to advertisements It is free to respond to advertisements. You may not use our email features to send spam or automated messages. On fraud Unfortunately it is currently impossible to stop fraud on the Internet. So, we ask all users to beware of suspicious activity by advertisers and advertisement responders. Any member is subject to membership termination if we suspect fraudulent activity. User relationship We, the users and members are independent contractors. No other relationship is created by this agreement. No warranty or liability We provide no warranty on the advertisements posted by our members. We are also not liable for any loss or damages arising in connection with this site. |
